Job Summary:

The Director of Sales Engineering will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales engineering team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales engineering team to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Develop and implement technical sales strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team.
• Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or related field.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing a sales engineering team.
• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Education / Training:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
