Starting hourly flight pay: $28.88/hour with top of scale at $67.11/hour. Pay increases based on seniority and additional compensation for language skills, lead positions, and international trips. Qualifications 21+ years old at application High school diploma or GED; 2+ years college preferred At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, teaching, aviation, or social services Clear, loud communication skills for emergencies Fluent in English; second language highly desirable (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog) Ability to hear all sound ranges Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively Professional appearance and grooming; adherence to uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing guidelines (visible tattoos on arms, wrists, legs, feet are permitted if covered or within size limits; tattoos on head, neck, hands are not permitted) Proficiency with electronic devices Valid passport with at least 18 months validity remaining, in good condition, with visas if applicable Ability to travel globally without restrictions Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, lift heavy objects (up to 250 lbs), and push/pull carts Pass a functional reach assessment (76-inch vertical, 43.5-inch horizontal) Ability to sit in an aircraft jump seat with safety harness Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays During onboarding and training, candidates must complete evacuation drills, pass drug and background checks, and meet medical standards. A clean background and no recent DWI/DUI are required, especially for travel to Canada.
