We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead the operations of our large-scale metal fabrication facility . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing operations, full P&L ownership , and deep familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including GEMBA walks and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is accountable for operational efficiency, workforce leadership, production quality, and cost control in alignment with strategic business objectives.
