Now Hiring: Part-Time School Bus Drivers

We are excited to announce that we are looking for Part-Time School Bus Drivers for the Rondout Valley School District in Accord, NY! As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You’ll be there to greet them in the morning and safely bring them back home in the afternoon.

No experience as a bus driver? No problem! We are proud to provide industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a School Bus Driver, your day will include:

• A split shift with early morning before-school pickups and afternoon drop-offs, leaving you with a few free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of 5 hours per school day—no nights or weekends unless you choose to!
• Opportunities for additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Important Note: This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
