Frontline Management is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator!

Frontline Management is seeking to hire an experienced and energetic Administrator for our Assisted Living community located in Trinidad, CO.

The Administrator is accountable for the overall supervision of the Assisted Living department.

Responsibilities:
• Is responsible for all operations within the community, interacting with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members or representatives, as necessary; builds and maintains strong working relationships with management team.
• Develops, analyzes, and implements annual operating and capital budgets. Monitors community performance against established goals and benchmarks, and formulates action plans to sustain or enhance performance in alignment with Company service and financial standards.

• Serves as a hands-on leader who actively supervises, guides, and motivates community staff, providing support as needed. Fosters a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and inclusion throughout the community. Ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet resident needs and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Builds high degree of resident satisfaction and retention maintaining positive resident relations, proactive in solving problems leaders, leads efforts to leverage satisfied residents and families to grow community occupancy.

• Collaborates with the community’s clinical leader to ensure that care and services are appropriately aligned with resident needs. Oversees all aspects of resident services, including the admission process, healthcare management, and maintenance of accurate resident documentation to ensure high-quality care and compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations.

• Supports the development and execution of service plan reviews in accordance with legal requirements, involving clinical care team members and resident families to uphold residents’ personal dignity.

• Demonstrates strong financial acumen in community operations by consistently working to meet or exceed budgeted revenue and profitability goals. Proactively develops strategies to address unexpected expenses or revenue shortfalls. Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance revenue and reduce expenses, while maintaining resident satisfaction and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Education Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree required
• Colorado Assisted Living license required
• Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience as an Administrator within Healthcare with proven results.
• Experience in Assisted Living and/or Multi level care facilities required

WAGE RANGE: $65k-$70k D.O.E. APPLICATION DEADLINE: 5/31/2025
