Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical components and wire harness sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, engineers, and procurement professionals .
  • Analyze customer technical requirements and recommend optimal product solutions aligned with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and production teams to ensure feasibility and on-time project delivery.
  • Prepare and present compelling technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations .
  • Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote the company's capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support , ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or a related technical discipline.
  • 5–10 years of technical sales experience , preferably involving mechanical components or wire harness systems.
  • Solid understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications , and manufacturing processes .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation , and presentation skills .
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Preferred:

  • Industry experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing .
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
